No refunds will be given after payment of your treatments unless under special circumstances i.e hospitalised.
Prices on the price list are a guidline depending on colour application, extra treatments or time .
No treatment would be carried out without the client being made aware of any added costs .
Gift vouchers can be bought at reception from rock in rollers .
On buying a gift voucher you can either state a treatment/treatments you would like or a value from £5-£500.
Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
Any remaining balance will be kept on the card for future purchase.
We have a 6 month expiry date on gift vouchers , this 6 months will run from the date the voucher was issued.
Amounts over £200 Will be issued a longer expiry date and could be honoured for a 12 month period from date purchased .
Unfortunately gift vouchers that are lost cannot be replaced .
All gift vouchers that do not have a valid date or signature on will be classed as void.
Loyalty cards are given out to all our clients at rock in rollers. Our loyalty card is a ten stamp scheme, you will receive a stamp for any paying treatment within the salon. Only one stamp is given per treatment and unfortunately if you forget your card we can not stamp it again. Once the ten stamps are full on your eleventh visit your will receive £10 off your hair bill. the value of your loyalty card is £0.01p and can not be redeemed for cash.
Your appointments are very important to us at rock in rollers.
each appointment you book is reserved especially for you.
At Rock in Rollers we understand circumstances change and you may need to cancle your hair and beauty appointment .
We request 24 hours notice for cancellations, if this is a reaccuring thing we may ask for a booking fee to secure your appointment
